Overview
The MCP9700/9700A and MCP9701/9701A are analog temperature sensors that linearly convert temperature to analog voltage. These low-cost, low-power sensors achieve an accuracy of ±2°C (MCP9700A/9701A) at 0°C to +70°C and ±4°C (MCP9700/9701) at 0°C to +70°C, while consuming an operating current of 6 µA (typical).
Features
- Small analog temperature sensor
